The Active Implementation Hub is a free, online learning environment for use by any stakeholder — practitioners, educators, coaches, trainers, purveyors — involved in active implementation and scaling up of programs and innovations. The site is sponsored by the Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The goal of the site is to increase the knowledge and improve the performance of persons engaged in actively implementing any program or practice.
Advanced Topics Webinars from the Implementation Science Program at NCI is a webinar series featuring leaders in the field who discuss advanced dissemination and implementation research topics and answer questions from the community.
Knowledge Translation Canada is a network of Canadian experts in knowledge translation. The network has several training programs available to graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, physicians and the general public including a seminar series and an introduction to systematic reviews and meta-analysis.
MEASURE Evaluation – Fundamentals of Implementation Research is a 2-3 hour training module offering an introduction to the language, concepts, tools and strategies used in implementation research. The MEASURE Evaluation is funded by the US Agency for International Development (USAID).
QUERI Implementation Research Group holds monthly CyberSeminars on current best practices in implementation science to enable translation of evidence-based clinical practices into healthcare settings in a sustained manner. Dissemination and Implementation Science: What is it & Why is it Critical to Translational Science? is a webinar initiated by the Dissemination and Implementation Workgroup of the Collaboration Engagement Task Force of the Clinical Translational Science Award Program. It features Drs. Enola Proctor and Stephen Bartels who provide a succinct overview of the field of implementation science, as well as an example of a research project that illustrates implementation science aims, methods, and outcomes. The webinar is intended for researchers, administrators, and students who are not familiar with IS but want to know more about how evidence-based interventions are put into practice.
